A busy life does not need to keep you from seeking therapy.

Early mornings and late nights aren’t always conducive to going to see a therapist.  Having a hard time getting away from the office due to a hectic schedule?

Companies are requiring a lot from their employees.

Being online is convenient for people in school and living away from their hometowns, as well as for those just wanting to cozy up by the fire in a pair of slippers.

Some people don’t like to share that they are going to therapy and that is ok!  Others would feel upset running into their neighbor in a therapist’s office.   These can be reasons people seek Online Therapy. Telehealth can work better for the right people and fit their life better!

If you live in Texas or Kansas (I am licensed in both states), I offer Online Therapy through HIPAA-compliant video sessions, which is a fancy way of saying that it’s confidential and totally secure.

What is needed to get started?

All you need is a strong Internet, a private and comfortable space, and maybe some tissues.

We will decide together how long it takes based on the goals that are established in the first session. You get to decide the length of time we spend together and what you want to accomplish.
